Since 2017, the 'Swing for Our Heroes' Golf Tournament has raised thousands to help two non-profit organizations strengthen our military communities and improve the lives of our heroes.

We are excited to continue to support our military and Veteran families amid these uncertain times. Your support is needed now more than ever. In addition to STEP's core Emergency Financial Assistance program, there are additional programs such as monthly Warehouse on Wheels "WOW" distributions, which provide essential items for thousands of service members and Veterans. United Through Reading helps keep families connected. One way of doing this is through United Through Reading's FREE app, where the families can have a read-aloud experience, no matter how far they are from each other.

About Support The Enlisted Project (STEP)

Financial hardship and food insecurity is on the rise among military and Veteran families, impacting mission readiness as well as health, safety, and quality of life for our nation’s heroes. STEP’s mission is to promote overall healthier financial well-being. Their professional Case Workers, who are Certified Personal Finance Counselors, provide counseling, education, and financial assistance grants in order to build financial self-sufficiency. United Through Reading keeps military families reading together, no matter the distance between them. Families stay connected through video recordings of story-time and books, sent to military families to help ease the stress of separation, maintain positive emotional connections, and cultivate a love of reading and early childhood literacy. Service members can record a story for their family at more than 200 United Through Reading recording locations worldwide, as well as on their mobile device with our free and secure reading App. Since 1989, 2.5 million military members and their families have benefited from the program.
